            This dataset compiles biodiversity data collected in
campaigns developed by Geólogos Asociados S.A. Geólogos Asociados S.A is the
environmental consultant who is in charge of the environmental and biodiversity
assessment in Total Austral´s Neuquén operational sites. 

The biodiversity campaigns mentioned are part of the
implementation of a Biodiversity Action Plan, a mandatory document which must
be designed for every TotalEnergies´ operational site. This document specifies
implementation actions with the objective of reducing the impacts on
biodiversity the company´s activities may produce. The actions involve
biodiversity monitoring, conservation and restoration.

Ravines and Canyons: includes a structural plain and active erosion headwaters  and  Alluvial lowland 
Transition area: includes alluvial lowland with eolic deposit, moving dunes, sandstone outcrops and polymictic soils. 
Antique terraces of Neuquen river.</para>
