Sampling Methods

muestreos de todos los hongos presentes en parcelas de 50 metros x 10 metros. Arnolds (1992) recomienda un mínimo de cinco parcelas por tipo de comunidad. Se estudiaron cinco comunidades diferentes en cada área protegida. También se realizó un muestreo de tipo “oportunista” que consistió en caminar a lo largo y ancho del lugar de estudio y recolectar esporocarpos, porque especies adicionales pueden ser vistas fuera de las parcelas. Las mismas fueron referenciadas con GPS.

Study Extent Los muestreos se realizaron durante un año en las estaciones de otoño y primavera, debido a la estacionalidad de estos hongos.

Method step description:

  1. Se recolectaron todos los cuerpos de fructificación en cada parcela, guardándolos en bolsas etiquetadas (Mueller et al., 2004).
